Questions about plans
What counts as a calendar account?
One sign-in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. A work Google account and a personal Apple account count as two. A calendar someone shares with you isn’t a separate account. It comes with the account it’s shared to.
Do booking links or calendar sync need Pro?
No. Every feature is included on Free. Pro lets you connect additional accounts so those features can work across them. You choose which calendars count against booking availability and set up any mirroring you want.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, the accounts you’ve connected stay connected, and connecting another one needs Pro again.
Is it the same plan in every assistant?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your Cocal account, so it’s the same in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude Code. Setup and available capabilities depend on the assistant, plan and settings.
